While I love meetings and staying at Marriott hotels, this one did not have the warmth I have come to expect. The staff here did not interact with our attendees leaving them looking and wandering around to find lunch, restrooms, and breakout areas. Upon arrival even finding the correct parking area was difficult. Facility for a meeting was excellent. A few more smiles and "May I help you"s and this is a 5 star hotel.
This was a very comfortable and quiet hotel not far from the I476 interchange for Conshohocken. The railroad tracks are right by the hotel. I was worried the trains would keep us awake, but they didn't. The restaurant is very good with excellent service. The rooms are clean and we'll decorated. The bed was luxurious.
This is a full service hotel so it has all the amenities you would expect. Service was fantastic. For example, as I was leaving I was thanked for staying by every single staff I came across. In the lobby in the morning, the desk staff was out front and walked over to ask if there was anything that could get did me before I left. The room was a bit of an old floor plan, but had clearly just been renovated. It was room 619 which was a corner king, with two big windows, one of which overlooked the river. The bed was very good. Shower was great. Work desk had plenty of space, power, and a comfortable chair. There was a fridge as well which I really appreciate. Breakfast bar was very high quality. It included real scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, some tasty cheese filled pod, along with the normal assortment of fruit and pastries. Everything was great. No complaints and I will stay there again if I'm in the area.
Exceptional customer service and amenities. For an older hotel it still feels fresh and contemporary. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Dinner at Legends was great as well. I'll definitely be back!
Comfortable bed. Staff was nice. In house restaurant has good food. Shower pressure was good. Room was a bit dated. Provided few towels.
